Welcome to Bag Finds Sydney. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. ABOUT US

Bag Finds Sydney is a small business based in Sydney, Australia, specialising in pre-loved authenticated designer handbags sourced directly from licensed auction houses in Japan.

2. PRODUCTS

All items sold on Bag Finds Sydney are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Each bag has been previously used and may show signs of wear consistent with its age and condition rating.

We make every effort to accurately describe each item. Please refer to the product description and photos before purchasing. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this information and accept the item in its described condition.

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Measurements are approximate.

3. AUTHENTICITY

All items sold are authentic. Every bag is sourced from licensed Japanese auction houses where each piece undergoes professional authentication before being made available for resale.

If you have any concerns regarding authenticity, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the case of pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. SHIPPING

We offer standard tracked shipping across Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $500 AUD.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Bag Finds Sydney is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal service.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees in their country.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the pre-loved nature of our products and the fact that each item is one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, we want you to be confident in your purchase. We will accept returns under the following conditions:

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, with all included accessories (dust bag, tags, etc.), within 7 days of return approval. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was misrepresented or inauthentic.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7. CONDITION RATINGS

Our condition ratings are based on the grading system used by our Japanese auction sources:

- N / S — New or unused
- A — Excellent, minimal signs of use
- AB — Very good, light signs of use
- B — Good, visible signs of use
- BC — Fair, noticeable wear
- C — Worn, significant wear

8. PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the order process is used only to process your purchase and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Bag Finds Sydney unless otherwise stated. Brand names, logos, and trademarks shown on product listings are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the original brand of the pre-owned item.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bag Finds Sydney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
