Are all your bags authentic?
Yes. Each bag is sourced from Japan’s well trusted pre-owned luxury auction platform, and inspected by us before being listed. We stand behind every item — if any bag is proven to be inauthentic through professional third-party authentication, we will issue a full refund.
Can I reserve a bag?
We don’t offer formal holds, but if you’re seriously interested in a piece, DM us — we can sometimes hold for 24 hours while you decide.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once your bag has shipped, our standard sales policy applies.

FREE SHIPPING: AUSTRALIA-WIDE, On all orders over $500 AUD.
STANDARD SHIPPING: Flat rate $15 AUD for orders under $500.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Available at checkout, $25 AUD. 3–5 business days. Signature on delivery.
PROCESSING
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as she’s on her way
Will my order be tracked?
Yes. All orders include tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your bag ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on request. Please DM us with your country and the piece you’re interested in before purchasing. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their destination country.

Every piece is authenticated, carefully inspected, and photographed in detail before listing.
Please review all photos and condition notes carefully, and feel free to DM us any questions before purchasing.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of pre-loved pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
